EXPECTATIONS, POLICIES & PROCEDURES DRIVING 101, LLC. BRUSH UP PACKAGE
Enrollment Criteria
You must be 18 years old on/or before starting the program.
Each student, regardless of age, is required to obtain a Washington State Instructional Permit.
Package Length
The Brush-up Package consists of three drives and three classes.
Scheduling Drives
You will be responsible for scheduling your own drives. You can purchase additional drives for $70.00 each drive.
To schedule, call the office at 360-892-6988, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 10 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Drive Cancellations
If for any reason you must cancel a scheduled drive, call the office by 12:00 P.M. the business day before your scheduled appointment. If your drive is on Monday, you must notify the office by 12:00 P.M. Friday. If we do not answer, leave a message; the voicemail will tell us the time and date of your call. Any drive not cancelled during the cancellation period will result in a lost drive from the program. You can purchase additional drives for $70.00 each drive.
If Driving 101, LLC. must cancel drives due to inclement weather, the office staff will try their best to contact you. If you are concerned that your drive will be cancelled, call the office.
Program Cost & Fee Policies
Drivers’ Brush-up Package Cost: $250.00 (Less pre-registration credits or special one-time enrollment offers, if applicable)
Payment may be made by cash or debit/credit card.
Program contract must be signed and balance paid in full by the first day of the program.
If you decided to drop the course, refunds will only be given prior to the first day of class.
If you miss a scheduled drive, forget your permit/bring an expired permit, or if you are late, it will result in the loss of a drive included with the course.
If for any reason your driving privileges have been suspended, you will be unable to complete this course and no refund will be given.
If you mark upon, scratch, or otherwise damage classroom furnishings, you will be charged to repair or replace them.
In the event of a car accident that is deemed the driver’s fault, the driver will be required to pay the $1,000.00 auto insurance deductible.
Testing fees are separate from the fees charged for your Brush-up Package.
The DOL will charge separate fees for your application, permit, and driver’s license.
Disruption of the class and/or behind-the-wheel driving WILL NOT be tolerated. The disruptive student(s) will be asked to leave, no grade will be given for that class/drive, and the class/drive must be made up. This could incur additional fees and no refunds will be given.
Cell phone use during class MUST be approved by that session’s instructor. Students MAY NOT video/audio record any or all portions of classroom content; it is proprietary.
Cheating is cause for immediate dismissal from the program.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, discrimination and/or bullying due to sex, race, religion etc. If Driving 101, LLC. staff find you to be exhibiting indicators or signs of impairment, for example, but not limited to: slurred speech, swaying, clumsy movements, involuntary movements, teeth clenching, red eyes, extreme agitation, rapid rambling speech, dilated pupils or attention problems, you will be asked to reschedule your class or drive, or be dismissed from the program and no refund will be given.
